Terms and Conditions

 

1. Any orders or purchases made will constitute an offer subject to acceptance by the company.  If the company does not accept the offer, then any payments will be refunded in full.
2. All services are subject to availability.
3. All services must be consumed prior to the expiry date, which will be stated in confirmation email and / or on the personalized home page.
4. There is no right to cancellation once a purchase is made.
5. Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
6. The company may assign or sub-contract all or any part of the contract.
7. The Client agrees that the Company may make share relevant information with third parties to enable to delivery of the services, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise and its agents.  The Company will at all times comply with GDPR.
